Are Renee Cosmetics products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be a 100% cruelty-free brand. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals at any stage of production.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also track your package directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept returns or exchanges for products that are received damaged or defective. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
